Target Group and Needs

Our primary target group consists of high school students in the Pontiac area, with a focus on those facing socio-economic challenges that limit their access to STEM education and career opportunities. These students often lack exposure to STEM fields, mentorship, and real-world work experiences, which are critical for developing interest and competencies in these areas.
